Happy Hump Day! Today is the day! I have a Spectrum internet truck scheduled to be at my house between 2 and 3 p.m. Remember how they used to give you such long windows like anywhere from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. I guess they have stopped that practice. Remember the Seinfeld episode? Ha! You know – this was not all bad. I broke up with using my phone so much, I went to my classroom which has honestly been nice, and I have had more time for my books.

I am in love. I ordered a kind of expensive to me sweater from Amazon here recommended by Simply Small Town blog. It is super soft and runs true to size. It is long enough for leggings. I wore this to work on Monday.
I got out one of my Old Navy plaids for work on Tuesday.
Now, what should you wear for Thanksgiving – a mask! Done! You are welcome!
I love the look of a graphic tee with a cardigan or kimono. I have a feeling Thanksgiving is going to be really casual for many this year. Or, many will need to really bundle up to be outside. Layers are always a good idea!
And, I love this combo. I have a similar scarf and I think the rust sweater would look just as nice as mustard. I do not have a mustard sweater but I love this color.

I like your outfits! Black tight can really be varied in tons of ways! I want that fall t-shirt!
I just came up with a lazy outfit idea… I keep the same bottom for two days, and the same top for two days… Like; Monday black blouse with beige pants, Tuesday the same black blouse with black pants, Wednesday keep the black pants with jeans shirt…etc… That’s how lazy I am right now!
So, are schools closed for Thanksgiving? How many days? And your boys will come home this weekend, right!?

Thank you! We get 5 days off! Boys are home til January but they have exams after Thanksgiving from Dec 1-9. The exams are taken online from home. I hope our new WIFi is strong enough! We get it today at 2.

Yay!!! I hope that Spectrum comes through for you! Your new sweater is great, no wonder you love it! I’m still waiting for the weather forecast for next week to make a final decision, it’s anyone’s guess what our weather will be!

Thank you! Me too! I like your Target dress! I always get hot on Thanksgiving because I am in the kitchen with my sister in law and then in the kitchen at my mom’s. We still don’t know what we are doing! My mom might be going to my sister’s. It’s definitely going to be a different year. Jack thinks we should just be the four of us at home. We need to talk when they come home this weekend.

I have a fantastic mustard cardigan that elevates any outfit. It was from Target (I think A New Day) two years ago. It’s held up well!

I love both the amazon and plaid top. I definitely wear layers on thanksgiving as well…the weather tends to be mild and I find that whatever house is hosting, we tend to get hot with all the people…we won’t have that problem this year 😢
