Whew! It’s Friday and time to link up with Andrea and Erika!

My first favorite is that it’s Friday! I think I only have one 45 minute commitment this weekend so that feels great!

Honestly, I didn’t take any photos except for Eddie Otis photos until yesterday! Just like a new mom, right?

You’re welcome!

He seems to really be growing! I don’t remember our other two labs biting so much. That’s really the biggest thing we are working on right now.

Tuesday night he went to college:

We tried to switch out and see Mason’s theatre showcase but it didn’t work very well. It got started late and Tom and I tried to take turns. At least we tried. We are very proud of Mason for putting together a cool event with another theatre student. That’s Mason on the right.

Yesterday I got to sit at a bar and have a wonderful salmon salad and a glass of wine by myself.

After that, Eddie Otis and I hung out and I got such a laugh out of this photo. He is so small!

Beth got to meet him for the first time. They both happen to have their tongues out in this photo. Sorry, Beth, but it is pretty funny!

And, last night I got to go support my school’s theatre production of Legally Blonde, the Musical.

It was so cute!

Did you catch all my posts this week?

What do you want to see from me in the coming days?

And, don’t forget that YOU are always my favorite on Friday!

Happy weekend!

  2. Eddie Otis is adorable!! All of our labs were biters as puppies, just nibbles but w/ those puppy teeth so sharp it was hard. I always swapped out my fingers for a toy. I’m happy to see high schools still put on musicals! I remember we did Finnegan’s Rainbow. Hard work but very rewarding. Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you! That is what we are doing and saying no bite. He gets really mad and seems more ornery about it than I remember Archie or Ernie being.
I am so glad, too. Musicals are so fun!

  4. It’s such an exciting time for your sons! I hope they’re enjoying all of these last events. Isn’t it crazy how fast the time passes? Eddie Otis is growing, but he does look so small in that one picture. His eyes are to die for! My son’s dog Oakley was so bad about biting. I had to thump her on the nose with each bite, because her teeth were razor sharp and would cut me all the time! She did eventually stop, though. The puppy stage is hard! Jonah’s dog Chloe is getting spayed in two weeks, she’ll be one soon! She seems like she’s been here forever already. I hope you enjoy every second of your weekend and that you get some time to do some things that you love!

    1. It is! They seem to be. They are commited to living at home for at least a year while they find their hopefully first real job.
He really is growing. We think he looks longer even if he hasn’t gained much weight. He can now do the back and front porch steps and I thought that would be a while! EO seems a little more naughty about the biting. He gets mad when we tell him no bite and redirect. He has a little spunky personality I’m afraid.
Thank you – so happy it’s Saturday!

How cool with Mason and his theater thing! Will he pursue it after college do you think?
