I love you, Friday! It’s time to link up with Andrea and Erika for Friday Favorites.

One big favorite is signs of spring!

I stole this photo from their social media, but look what my library has done now:

So pretty! Remember the green display for St. Patrick’s Day?

Look at my tree blooming!

We finally got our Thin Mints! I let myself have several one time and hopefully I’m done! Tom is still enjoying them.

Another favorite was more spaghetti squash! This time I did a lasagna thing with it! Yum!

Look at baby Ernie that turned up on Facebook!

I made a really yummy teriyaki chicken dish!

I also did meal prep smarter this week. I took the squash for our lunch the next day and I took the teriyaki for our lunch the next day.

We had a fun ceremony for Spanish Honor Society this week!

I made the sherbet punch with rainbow sherbet and ginger-ale.

New favorite flavor:

OMG – so delicious! Anyone tried it?

Another new favorite flavor:

I think LaCroix might be my favorite brand? What is your favorite sparkling water?

I did a Kroger pick up! Love my Wednesday or Thursday pick ups. It is so nice to be fully stocked going into the weekend and I think they have more in stock, too.

And, that’s about it. I feel like all I did was work, eat, and sleep! I made it to the gym three mornings and I walked after school once.

What was your favorite this week?

Amy

    1. Isn’t it so cute and springy? I just love color! I’m on a real teriyaki kick. Basically just get the teriyaki sauce from grocery and whatever vegetables you want. So easy!

  1. The library book photo is the best 😍 baby Ernie! How cute. Your teriyaki chicken looks delish! (Recipe?!), You must have the best Kroger. My Kroger is always limited on premier protein flavors

    1. Isn’t it cute? Baby Ernie was big! I am on a real teriyaki chicken kick right now. There really isn’t one other than marinating your chicken for a bit in it and then making some cauli rice, adding some shredded carrots, a bag of broccoli slaw or regular slaw, some broccoli, a little water and soy sauce. Then, cook the chicken and make a bowl. Yes, Kroger is. I have found that Target, CVS, and Walgreen’s can be better sources.

  2. Way to go getting to the gym three mornings! Your library sounds so great!! Good libraries are such a treasure! I need to get back in the habit of doing mid week grocery pickup. Maybe this week! Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you! I love my library and all libraries! I think you will like a mid-week pick up. Let me know what you think. You may not, though! It has really freed up my weekends and I think it feels like a gift of time! You too!

  3. Great job getting to the gym! You are killing it! My favorite sparking water is Just Bubbles. I have only tried Line and I love it. I order it off amazon. I played golf today with some of my favorite golf club ladies. I played horrible but I had a fun time. Next week is a tourney. Wish me luck! We are celebrating my bday tomorrow night with my mom, The Bravos and Taylor. Not much else happened this week. OH! And props to WW for FINALLY getting my account all figured out. Only took since September. Jeesh. Ok happy weekend!
