O.k. – drop everything and go get the stuff to make this! I.am.obsessed and I am getting 15-30 grams of protein, baby!

I think I came up with this totally on my own so I am extra proud.

You need: half or whole chocolate Premier Protein, pure peppermint extract, and

instant coffee crystals.

Mix your crystals with a bit of water. I probably use about a tablespoon of crystals and a tablespoon of water. It depends on how strong you like the coffee flavor. Add about 1 tsp. of peppermint extract (again you can make stronger if you like). Mix it well, add ice, and then pour your chocolate shake over it. The flavors of mocha peppermint are now yours to have. If you use half of the shake it is one WW point and if you use the whole it is two WW points.
