Here is a snapshot of what I’ve been wearing lately…
On this day I wore my Lucky brand black booties, my light Target jeans, an old Old Navy short sleeved black watch plaid, and a Land’s End cardigan (old).

On this day I wore my same black booties, my new black jeans, an old Old Navy black boho top, and an Old Navy hot pink vest.

Here I wore my TJ Maxx leave blouse that I bought back in August, I think. It has little greenery that looks kinda Christmasey. I have on darker Target jeans, my Amazon belt, and old cognac Jack Rogers booties.

Saturday I wore a different pair of jeans, black booties, and my knit leopard duster for my day with my niece.

Sunday I ran to Anthro and wore the lighter jeans, the cognac booties, and another TJ Maxx blouse from early fall.

And, a school outfit…I wore my Tieks, my Matilda Jane velvet pants, a knit cardigan, and my Feliz Navidad t-shirt from Target.

And, another school outfit…my new Loft blouse came (only one of the three items I ordered came in) and it is perfection. It is super soft. I wore it with my Matilda Jane layered flairs and booties.

Meh…I guess my favorite outfit was the third one – the blouse with the greenery. I am anxious to wear the new Loft blouse with something else.
I am working my way through my winter clothes to see what fits my body and my style. My goal was to wear 15 different outfits before the break. I don’t have much energy to put together cute outfits for school right now to be honest. I just want to be comfortable.
What have you been wearing lately?
Any favorites from above?
Amy
I love all your blouses! That’s a great outfit: jeans and blouse! And I can’t believe how good you look! I know it’s shallow to comment on weight, but… you DO look great! And full of energy!
Well, I waited as long as I could before I started wearing my dr Marten’s… ‘Cause I know I will be wearing them every freakin’ day for the next five months! Today I’m in black top, blue levi’s and a beige jacket; jackets always make me feel so put together!

Thank you! I have been loving the blouse and jeans this fall – that is for sure!
You can be shallow if it is due to a compliment for me – hahaha! I do have so much more energy – until 7:00 p.m.
That is so cute – Dr. Martens with that ensemble. You look Swedish drippy!

You are looking so cute Amy – comfortable but stylish too and I bet your students approve! It’s been super hot here this week so I am switching gears and grabbing almost summer clothes. I am not happy about it at all and hope it cools off again!

Aww, thank you! I would love to do a bodysuit and blazer but I have really broad shoulders. Maybe some day. It is a great look for you and I think you look great! Sorry I have not had as much time lately to comment. That would be super frustrating.

Looking good, Amy! Do you like your black jeans? I have several pairs, and I wear them all the time. You can get away with wearing jeans to work, if they are black, I think. 🙂 I have bought a few new things. Some sweaters and a navy blazer. I only have a black blazer, but I want to grow my blazer collection. I would like to buy one in a tweed or plaid, but may have to wait until next year. A good blazer can be expensive. I also bought a new pair of Nikes…I want to try out the trend of wearing blazers with sneakers…fits my new work life, I think. 😀

Aww, thanks! The black jeans are a little too snug still. I think I will wear them a lot! They really do just look like pants for work. We can wear jeans at any time, though. I just have not done it much.
I can totally see you in that – blazer, jeans, sneaks. I am anxious to hear about your new work wardrobe!

ooohhh…this is a hard one. all the outfits look good, but i think the last 2 really qualify for a drippy ‘fit. the feliz navidad outfit is so flattering on you. a little dressy and a little casual as well. and you look positively slim. and your knit leopard duster would definitely coordinate with so many things!
you are lookin’ good!

You are too sweet, Rita! Thank you! I am not feeling too drippy. I am teacher tired! I love the leopard duster and honestly it was too small before!
