Friday morning, I got a text about a Girl’s Night Out! My two besties and I met at a newish Italian place in a strip mall called “Grassa Gramma”. Once inside, you do not feel like you are in a suburban strip mall. The interior is a sight to behold!
The server starts with a toast to life that is on the house followed by some amazing ciabatta bread!

I got a specialty cocktail with vodka. The glasses are so pretty! 
We decided to split the artichoke dip with flatbread, ceasar salad, and two different types of pizzas. 
I forgot to get a photo of the salad but it was the best I have ever had in my life!
Look at this fountain in the middle of the restaurant! 
Yes, I am wearing the same outfit from last weekend! I swear we did not plan the burgundy and black color scheme! My friend in the middle does have on camo but the light makes it hard to see. 
Saturday bright and early was hair day! 
Oops – I said I wanted to go shorter, but not this short! I will get used to it and it will grow quickly. I love the updated color, though! 
The rest of the day was grocery, cooking soup, a dip, and a dessert, tv watching, reading, and nothing big. It really was so nice after going, going, going. I miss Mason so much! We just feel lopsided around here. Both Friday and Saturday nights I was in bed around 9.
Sunday morning was coffee, reading, meal prepping, and school work. I have managed to get behind again and we have grades due for the 12 weeks grading period.

The restaurant seems great! It always surprises me that when you open a door at a strip mall you could enter a fantastic interior!
Weekend was cozy in the cabin! It’s getting harder to convince the teenage daughters to join us… But we played board games, chopped wood and saw films – I think they liked it! When will Mason come home? You must miss him like crazy!

I am all about atmosphere with restaurants. I want to find cozy with fireplace restaurants this winter!
The teens probably want to be with friends now! I am wanting to buy and work puzzles this winter.
He is supposed to be home tonight! We have snow coming in so I pray no delays!

Yes, a cozy restaurant is the best! We have a lot of fantastic restaurants and coffee places made for fall/winter here in Stockholm – of course!
Puzzles! That’s fun! I saw a 24 pcs Christmas calendar that results in a picture – wouldn’t that be fun!?
So Mason is home tonight!? That’s great!

That is true! My students were sweet with compliments today. I bet you have great places there because you have to with the cold. That puzzle sounds cool! He is due in tonight and we have snow coming! This is very rare for this month! I am worried about a delay!

The good thing about hair is it grows! That said, yours looks so good and really accentuates your eyes.
The picture of the fountain in the restaurant reminded me of the movie Splash, when Madison saves the fountain and puts it in Allen’s apartment. It gave me a chuckle!

I went to a very similar restaurant in a strip mall in North Carolina and could not get over the décor inside (we had a fountain too) but it was definitely called something different.

That’s funny! Maybe ours got the idea from that one. I am big on atmosphere! It is so beautiful inside it is like an experience instead of just a meal!
