How is it already November?  What a week!  I was out three nights this week which is not like me at all.  But, I was organized and had a great week!  I am linking up today with Andrea, etc.  so go right here!

Texting with teens is actually really fun and helps our relationships, I think!

Jack asked me to do something but forgot to say “please” and mine is blue and his is the grey below.

Out of curiousity I got the Hallmark Channel app. If you are a fan I recommend it!

I did another Instacart this week. I think I’m going to continue with this instead of Kroger pick up. The website seems more user friendly to me.

Jack’s first choir concert was this week and they were so good!

I got my Pioneer Woman magazine in the mail!

And, we got a new Marshall’s near me!

How was your week?

Happy Friday!

Amy

  1. I LOVE Marshall’s. There’s one very close to us too and it’s nice when I need to get certain things I don’t want to pay a lot for.

Oooo maybe I’ll get the Hallmark channel app…we don’t have a DVR, even though cable came with our internet package. I wasn’t paying extra for a DVR when 99% of what we watch is on Netflix/Hulu.

    1. My new one is small but I think I will still check them out from time to time!
I love my DVR but we pay way too much for the luxury of it and Att U-verse. Oh well. We do love our tv!

  2. Marshall’s, Pioneer Woman, and the Hallmark app…I’d call that a winning week. It looks like your son has the same choir suit as my son, except we have the vest instead of the cumberband. Have a super weekend!

  3. All the goodness in this little post. Hallmark and Marshalls are my love languages so we are soul sisters. If there was a Marshalls so close to me I would be perpetually broke! I need ot DL the app but I literally have Hallmark on from 7pm-10pm every night so maybe I better head off my addictionn a bit? I wish you a happy weekend!

    1. Instacart is a service where they shop and deliver for you. They have several stores for you to choose from. There is a service fee of $3 and I tip but I still feel like I spend more than the cost of those with impulse purchases.
It does make me feel a bit lazy and I don’t mind grocery shopping but this is a very busy time right now so I have to delegate a few things!
I loved grocery pick up last winter. I didn’t have to get out of my car when it was cold. Many people worry about the produce but I found that the shopper picked produce out just as well as I did or better!
Let me know if you try it!
