Merry Christmas Eve! We are going to the 5:00 church service, then out to eat Chinese food, then home to open Christmas p.j.s and our family game and then play that new family game.
Christmas Morning Menu:
French Toast Casserole
Snacks around 1-2:
Christmas Queso and tortilla chips (White Velveeta and Rotel)
Christmas Lunch/Dinner Menu (We will eat around 4) :
Sister Schubert’s rolls
Ham and Swiss Sliders (I wanted to just do these but didn’t know if nice enough and one of my sons doesn’t like the Hawaiian buns – hard to believe!)
Green beans in crockpot with bacon, onion, ketchup, and brown sugar
Day after Christmas with Other Side of Family: (We are having appetizers for lunch and to snack on throughout the day and everyone is contributing)
Little smokies in crockpot with grape jelly and Heinz chili sauce
Spinach and artichoke dip

What will you be eating?
Merry Eve to you!

Well, here we have started the day with homebred ham on bread flavored with wort. Today is the big Day in Sweden, so in a couple of days I will serve a big smorgasbord with herring, Janssons frestelse, ham, meatballs, sausage, kale pie… Absolutely great! After that there will be present opening by the tree. Merry Christmas!
That is a lot of meat! I will have to look some of those things up! Haha! Wishing you a wonderful holiday!
WHO DOESN’T LIKE HAWAIIAN ROLLS?!?!?!

Jack! I know! He is very picky these days where Mason has become quite the foodie!
