I am having a bit of a probem with my computer and I am trying to think of synonyms when I can. The character that comes between K and M is not aways working for me. So, this post wi be both a bog post and a fun puzze for you! Yippee! Won’t that be fun?
I am still weird in that I don’t tell the internet when I/we/someone is out of town so I didn’t state to you ahead of time that Tom was out of town most of last week for a work conference and Eddie Otis and I were both missing him. This is the first time EO has sat in Daddy’s chair, in fact. Ernie used to do it, though!
He returned home Thursday night and we were both so happy!

They don’t photograph well – sorry. But, Tom was happy!
Friday I took myself shopping and to lunch. It was kinda my reward for being a singe dog mom. I found a cute leopard blouse and the lunch place I went to was celebrating its 2nd birthday and that was my reason for going to lunch there.
Free champagne! Don’t mind if I do!

I ordered a wedge salad and it was delish. I later told my sister Molly what I had and asked if she liked wedge salads and she said she doesn’t like to eat a head of iceberg. Well, ok.
Their bread is amazing…
I sat on the pretty patio in the gorgeous weather and I was delightful company. I ended up taking the cake and the bread home.
I rallied for dinner at a Cuban place with our friends. Champagne at lunch makes one very sleep, fyi. I kept it to water after that.
I didn’t really like what I ordered for dinner.
Saturday I did some chores and didn’t go anywhere before afternoon/evening. Tom did his annua trying on of the ederhosen.
Then we went to a beer garden’s Oktoberfest!
Our friends met us and it was so nice!
I’m not super into this…
So I started this…
Sunday I went to the gym and then it was a boat day!
We had three friends join us. We had brunch on the boat at Captain’s Quarters.
On the way home I picked up a Kroger order – really would rather do grocery pick up during the week but you know how it goes. We needed some things before Monday. Eddie Otis got a big carrot!
And, that’s a wrap on a nice weekend!

That sounds like a wonderful weekend! We had a pretty quiet weekend at home but we did see lots and lots of family.

That’s so weird about the letter L not working on your computer – does the key get stuck?
Another great weekend for you! We ended up not going to the Oktoberfest celebration in our area but had friends over instead.
Your boat day brunch looked like the perfect way to spend a Sunday!

It doesn’t appear to be stuck. I ceaned it and restarted the computer.
I think a of our Oktoberfests are over now. They aways happen in September!

It made me laugh and I was hoping it would make someone ese. OMG – obsessed with Love is Blind UK. They went back to live in apartments in Manchester and I have been there! I don’t know if you can get current season.

First, your missing L cracks me up! What a fun Friday for you. It was a good idea to bring home the cake and bread! I want to do an Oktoberfest this year, maybe a better one than me and Marilyn did last year. It bugs me when they’re not in October…I’m weird. EO and with that carrot is adorable! Somehow the brain fills in the missing l for us. Did you spill something on the keyboard? I like the leopard top. I have one that I love, but haven’t worn yet this season. I need a couple of fall tops. It’s still so warm here and I need something that feels like summer but looks like fall. I love a wedge salad! And champagne ! And a boat ride on a sunny day! Have a nice week~

I’m sorry about the “l.” I have had weird things like that happen. In fact, for about a week and a half, one of my characters did not display correctly. The character is the ‘. When I pushed the button, a weird slanty character appeared instead. I noticed over the weekend that the problem fixed itself. So maybe your l will come back to you? I blogger can dream, right?? Your weekend sounds really nice. If your weather was like ours it was gorgeous (if perhaps a bit hot) but really nice to be out on the boat. Have a great Monday!

My laptop keyboard has been acting up for the last year (mostly the s key) so I use an external keyboard if I’m really typing out something like a blog post. So much easier.
Free champagne sounds lovely! I also don’t talk about being out of town. Old habits!
